This L shaped building offers many uses. The rooms can be divided like this one (one for a garage and one for an office) or to suit your needs. Can be built in one or two stories. This includes the concrete siding, slab, 30 year shingles, 5 windows, one three foot door and one 9'x7' windloaded garage door. We provide plans and permits for building.
