What we did here was we took out the screen porch so we could enclose it to make a new conditioned sunroom. We have extended the roof out to create a new screen porch. The finish is stucco. The windows we use are TOP OF THE LINE!!! You can not get a better window. The same goes for the screen product we use. This quote does include electric and a/c (hook up to existing building).
