This building is built for the waterfront. The price includes a stemwall foundation and solid concrete piers ( up to 9ft in height ). Building is built on engineered floor trusses and laminated beams. Siding is T1-11 (treated). Price includes a 7x28 covered porch and a 12x25 open deck on end of building. Roof has an engineered truss system so to withstand the highest winds. Shingles are 50 year dimensional shingles. Gable ends are vinyl siding. Two sets of French doors and 10 Large full view windows. One set of exterior stairs included. We will custom build to your request!
